MEGATREND: GAMESCAPE

When we were introduced to the three mega trends of the season, GAMESCAPE caught my eye because it matched my personal aesthetic and moreover because it talked about "escape from reality" which reminded me of my childhood experience of coming back from my school tried after 8 hours of learning things that I wouldn't probably use in my entire life and sitting in front of the PC and starting a competitive game which indeed was an escape from reality.
